Hi Everyone,
Back again.
Sorry if I missed any messages - your thoughts and good intents
were noted . . .
I am now at Kundalini power house
Samye Ling Tibetan Center, Scotland.
Please take some time to read the below and pass it on to any groups/people
you feel it might be of interest to.

This is to introduce the STUPA PROJECT
Imagine . . .
Going to the sacred valleys of Nepal
Being in the Himalayas
Meeting Lamas and visiting monks in their monasteries
Meditating where Great Beings meditated
If you are lucky learning how to meditate from Tibetan Lamas

And singing around the camp fire with sherpa guides . . . Have you got a
guitar :-)?

You have to be fit enough to walk - no mountaineering involved :-)

All the while you are raising sponsorship money for STUPAS (spiritual power
houses that transform the world)
Here at Samye Ling (the first Tibetan Monastery in Europe) we have built the
first of our Stupa's.
Many more are needed.
38 people have been on treks already (the money is raised by acquiring
sponsors)

Organised by Doug Scott CBE the first Briton to climb Everest with help from
Sir Chris Bonington CBE.

Stupas bring health, balance, well being and happiness.
