I had a taste of this feeling for a brief second once brought on by
meditation and I was high. It is not something that can be warned enough
against. I thought my heart was going to stop from the realization of just
how perfectly balanced everything is and therefore how fragile every beat of
the heart is, the miracle of life and a heartbeat and a thought and a breath
was pretty hard for me to take realizing every second was a miracle and
therefore a gift and a will behind the gift.
