Dear Krystyna,

Welcome to the K list! :)) I have the urge to do hatha yoga postures
usually several times during the night--especially the postures that keep the
spine limber. My guess is that these physical Kriyas and mudras serve to keep
the energies flowing in "correct" patterns and help strengthen the body to
allow for the power of energy. The "bending backwards and sideways" will
help strengthen the spine.

<< But mine
aren't always liek te ones shown. They CAN BE similar, but not alot.>>

Well, my postures are not alway the same as classical yoga asanas either. I
don't think that this matters. The energy knows what the correct
postures/mudras should be for you.

<< I am confused as to what I am doing...I don't have a clue what it
means, I just have to do it.>>

Yeah! :)) just try to accept that the energy knows what it's doing. As
Holly says, the best thing to do is surrender to it. This is hard when you
are a bit afraid. Many of us have been there :))

<< And does anyone recognize the name
Mahararnayana? What does it mean to be the "living soul" of this
 person? PLEASE HELP!!! >>

I'm not sure about this. Sometimes I feel that these experiences are the
brain inventing ways to get the body/brain to surrender and accept what is
happening. I often feel I'm simply a conduit for the energy--don't know for
what reason. In any case, you might try asking Mahararnayana who he/she is.
I wouldn't be afraid, though. I suspect he/she is a loving Kundalini
force/your Self.

 What has happened to me?>>

Amazing isn't it! Again, try to "go with the flow." The people here are a
wonderful supportive group.
