This happened to me, too. The energy teaches your body how to handle the
increased frequency and will ultimately re-wire the whole energetic system.
The energy is intelligent and the more you surrender to what it seems to
want, the easier all the changes will be (trust me on this -- I was really
stubborn!). I'm not sure the phenomena are particularly Eastern, except that
depth of literature and teaching in the East is tremendous so they have names
for everything. I also felt compelled to dance in ways that -- years later
-- I learned were Native American. Holly
