Hi all.....I am obviously new to the list :) I have a question I hope
someone here can answer. Does anyone know why after about 7 days into
my spontaneous K. awakening I began to sit and perform this strange
prayer type ritual in which my hands move around and also form
strange gestures. My body also move oddly at times. Bending backward
and sideways. I fall forward and sweep the floor or bed with my
hands. I have been experiencing this for about 2 months now and on
occasion if I am confronted by someone who is ill.....it is
uncontrollable and I have to sit and just DO IT!!! it happens 1 maybe
2x a day, but mostly at night.I've tried to search for the meanings
behind the gestures, and I noticed they are called Mudras. But mine
aren't always liek te ones shown. They CAN BE similar, but not alot.
I am confused as to what I am doing...I don't have a clue what it
means, I just have to do it. And does anyone recognize the name
Mahararnayana? What does it mean to be the "living soul" of this
person? PLEASE HELP!!! Until 2 months ago I was a practicing Wiccan
and all of the interest I ever had in the Eastern philosophies was
the art work. Now I am uncontrollably drawn to it.
What has happened to me?
