What is Sushumna?

I feel intense heat and vibrations, often starting at my feet and running
right the way up to my head; usually, it is around my centre back and
shoulder blades. Is this Kundalini energy?

Also I will be very please to purchase books on Tummo Rei Ki if they are ever
transalated from the Indonesian to English.
