To be free of anger become one with it.
To be free of excitation become one with it.

Have you noticed how anger, excitation and sadness
become extinguished once kissed by awareness?

I don't know what awareness is but I have noticed it has a cancellation effect.
This is ultimately the function of kundalini.

One would have to be aware to realize that.
Every experience has this potential.

Yes, in ways neither of us are aware of. : )

Ask your awareness...

Ego can be a tool of either healing or injury.

Whichever way we think is right ultimately turns out to be a block.

If you keep your house clean, it will be clean for all your guest as well. : )

Two cars run a stop sign and crash.
Lesson: stop at stop signs.

There's no formula. If you find one, cancel that too.

Is it our duty to get our brothers and sisters right?
If we can see that they are not apart from us
what's the difference?

Canceling waves is not something to master.
That which transcends waves masters us.
Do we allow that to happen?
