Hi Rhonda,
My knowledge of otters is only from observation, there is an otter sanctury
near where I live in England, and when I lived in Ireland there was an otter
that I often used to meet who lived in a river I used to go and sit by. They
seem to me to be *very* playful creatures, they have a real twinkle in their
eyes when they look at you, I often used to fancy that the one that used to
swim around the river in Ireland was positively a 'giggleler' ( sp?) - well
if it could have laughed at me it would have. lol!
