Hi Sverker,
There is a big difference between
having a hole in the head and being enlightened.
Just as Gia has a hole in her ozone letting in more light
does not mean things are better . . .
Terplanning (is that the right term? which people have done with electrical
drills - ahem)
just like injecting psycho active substances directly into the brain,
may seem a good idea to those wanting a 'quick' route.
Opening chakras may also come about through child abuse (as we have read).
Not recommended either.
The best (easily available) systems of chakra balancing
are Yoga, Chi-Kung (warm up exercises used in Tai Chi) and Chinese internal
martial Arts and meditation.
