Many thanks for the many welcomes - two of which are above.

I was very interested in the idea of resonance.
You have to ask yourself what you wish to resonate with.
Sometimes - either deliberately, through ignorance or pain,
people create, enter or are stimulated by a field that is uncomfortable or
painful.
HOW WONDERFUL.
It is from these difficulties that we learn and grow . . .

We identify with their pain (reminding ourselves of our limitations) and
hopefully accept and allow.
If you reject - you feel pain - you knew that.
That does not mean being a doormat - which can be a limitation or (more
rarely) an advanced spiritual stage . . . YOU should know which is which . .
.

So in another direction . . .

(send whatever you have - some people need your negativity and will
transform it . . . :-)
