Ok, say you get really hurt in an earthquake. And, they dig you out and take
you to the hospital, and doctors and nurses work on you for hours in surgery.
And then they work on you for days thereafter in intensive care to restore
you to some semblance of health. But, you can't pay them for the $300,000
worth of care that they gave you, because you have no health insurance.
Basically, this make you a thief of medical services! Think of the karma
that this incurs.
