Dear Hillary,

Yes, it is realy wonderful. Everyday I can feel the warm sensation along my
sushumna and very active sensation at my Crown Chakra. Firstly I do not
beleive it since from many literature we know that to have fully sushumna
opening may take years of practice. It is the very special thing about
Tummo Rei Ki I am practicing now. The practitioner will not feel hot or any
dangerous experience commonly experienced by many people having their
Kundalini awakened in ordinary way because Rei Ki energy does cover
Kundalini fire as a cooling system. However, by using simple test, that is
by scanning (using hand palm), we can detect continuous flowing of energy
above our crown chakra, confirming that Kundalini energy is surely
flowing. As you probably aware, Kundalini is the only kind of energy that
can burst continuously 24 hours a day without causing any harm to man body.

Well, now let me here your experience.
