Me, too, but a couple of times when conditions were such that I thought it 
would be best to take medications I came up with an idea which worked.  I 
talked to my body and told 'her' what I wanted to do and why and asked for 
her cooperation.  Then I talked to the medication and did the same.  Things 
went fine, amazingly enough.
 
This was no scientific experiment, but I was very happy with the results. 
Medication taken before I had this idea resulted in weird things happening, 
ilke hallucinations, black spots breaking out on my legs and so on.  Some of 
this is heriditary, but got worse after K. awakening.
