I seem to recall the subject of SAD ("Seasonal Affective Disorder") came up
recently. I've always fancied getting a full spectrum light in my living
room, and that may be useful in such a case. May brighten up your room
anyhow whilst working at a computer. My local shop has been looking for
ages, to no avail, but I stumbled across info here:
