Hello Hansjoerg,
The main question that comes up for me while reading your post is, why is
it so important for you to have your k rise? The most favorable and safest
context for a k experience is the highest spiritual purpose. Most people who
crave a k experience don't yet have such a purpose , because if they did they
would realize k isn't necessary for a fully spiritual life. And they often
later deeply regret that they were once so hungry for k, realizing too late
that k is much more than they bargained for.
l don't know where you are
with regard to a k process, but wherever you are in your journey, it's never
a bad time to reflect deeply on your purpose and priorities. l'm sure others
have different opinions about this, as you probably do -- based on my
experience and many with which l'm familiar, l strongly believe k is not
something to play around with. lf your k truly has awakened, then l believe a
deeply devotional, heartfelt approach will serve you best.
