greetings to all ;-)

i think, ... this is my second post here, ..
even i am reading this list for a longer time ;-)

so, ... maybe somebody could give me a helping or better a clearing
response.

a year ago, i started with meditations.
some new things opened for me.

so, i was reading a lot of literature concerning everything around
esotheric, light, energy, healing, spiritual beeings, .. etc :)
... and Kundalini.
hummm, ... mysterious power i thought, i want to know more about that power
inside me.
so i was meditating on kundalini and beged "my" Angels ( spiritual guides )
to have a K-experience.
so, .... i got one, ... a very tough one, which hurts and shocked me *g*
it was like somebody connected me with a high voltage supply for a minimal
part of a second. a bliss (like magnesiafire) etc, etc, ...
trembling, ... running around, thinking, never i will do that again, ...
thinking, everybody who lives with kundalini
is crazy or at least a monster. eh, eh, eh, ... but
i beged a second time again, because i didn´t believe that this was a real
K-experience. i got a really wonderful experience, ... ( maybe to
encourage me to go on ) ;-)
a really wonderful experience, ... not able to describe ;-) i guess u can
imagine that ;-)

but :-| my K rises never again till that day .... hummm, ...
i started to do K-yoga, ... meditations, ... release carmic patterns with
help of Angel-energies, try to find and release other blockades ...
but K dosen´t like to rise till now.

maybe there is somebody in that list, who would take a look at me, and ...
maybe, .. see a little thing with which he could help me to bring along my
kundalini-process.

sometimes, i feel some symptoms, like mentioned everywhere in the net,
(trembling, movements in my body, and so on) but on the other hand i am
not sure, if a k-process already began. so, i am looking forward to get some
help in every way ;-))
