Funny this came up. I had these feelings before but transmuted them to a
higher sensitivity level with Mystress' help. This was years ago. I've been
waking up the last two days with the same deep empty pit feeling in my
stomach that I used to have when I had those feelings and I assumed I was
depressed. This time around, I am able to separate myself from the feeling
and just observe it curiously. It is intense and definitely there but has no
effect on me. I know I am not depressed but had I not learned to detach,
these feelings would be driving me nuts. We are very sensitive on this list.
 I wonder what is going on.

But the fact that Angelique sent out her message is interesting plus the fact
that the feeling is returned so strongly and with no apparent attachment to
any event or change in the pulse of my overall self. I wonder, what would
others do if they haven't be through the process of learning how to detach
this from their being and are experiencing this intense feeling. I
understand the concern. Anything I can do to help?
