The awakening of K is usually associated with some Astrological
pattern if anyone has noticed. Some of the professional astrologiers
and many of us that understand yet don't sell the product agree that
it has to do with Pluto and Chiron transits. For many the time frame
will be 48 to 52 yrs old. :>

I have been awakened for about 5 years now and it was an amazing
experience the only real problem I had with the spontaneous awakening
was my neck heated up like someone had placed an iron on it. I was
taught to breath into that heat and release it. Apparently there was
a blockage there, the focus and breathing helped.

Later on taking a Kundalini Yoga class, I learned Pranayama breathing
which helps immensely with any focusing and working with K.
I use K energy an breathing to heal and blend it with Reiki.. I
actually think that Reiki is facilitating the awakening and a method
of using K energy but most Reiki Masters don't identify it that way
and most would probably be afraid of it.. :> but everyone has to do
it
as they see comfortable.
The method I use for Initiating reiki is awakening as described by
Mysteress Angelica.. grin...
