  Kewl.. I bow to your greater experience. The way I look at it, panic
attacks are a side effect of entities, and entities are a side effect of K.
I've had a few panic attacks too, but only about 4 altogether, not a
regular thing.

Wierd. Usually the higher self shows up as the same gender of the
