I think of myself as pretty familiar and comfortable talking about
holistic care and treatment.

Lately, a friend from another list shared something called the water
cure.

It seems many diseases and ailments are caused by severe
dehydration. Rather than going it into in depth, I will just share
the URL for you to look at.

It made an impression on me. I have significantly upped my water
intake beyond the recommended 10 glasses of water a day (like I
really drank that much to begin with ;>
