I've written their customer support asking when/if they intend to
support macs for the chat.

IMO/experience <with a Mac-unfriendly-to-the-point-of-paranoid MIS
department in a former job> when something like this happens, it's
either uninformed or lazy programmers who dislike Macintosh (for their
own uninformed/lazy reasons) and it could easily be fixed.

Is there another mutually agreeable chat site/area that *does* support
chat for all platforms?
