Am I the only one here that has ever had a period in
their life where they got a constant day-long headache
the felt like a pressuring force being stopped by a
block somewhere in the back of the neck? Does anyone
other than me think this may be kundalini?

Has anybody here had a constant pressure at the base
of the sternum? I mean all day long.

On a more pleasant note, has anybody here experienced
a state of great quiet? It is as if the volume on the
outside world has been turned down. It's very
pleasant.
