You've got me worried. Try something for me. Focus
on the center of your chest right at the base of the
sternum (rib centerline) and try to pull "stuff" from
the base of the spine into that point. If it starts
to feel really hard at that point, we're in exactly
the same boat and I might be able to help. If that
doesn't work, pull energy from the base of the spine
to the top of the head. (This is actually easier for
me.) Your head should suddenly feel achy all over,
like a steady pressure headache. If you succeed at
either of these and have my problem, you won't by
hyper anymore. Believe me, you don't want to stay
hyper if you really are unnaturally high in this
manner.

I've experienced this phenomena twice before for long
periods of time. It was very overwhelming. It
stopped. Actually, I kinda miss it. You don't want
to know what happened to me both times to make it
stop.

A third thing we have in common. Doing the exercise I
list at the top also seems to relieve this. Actually,
the base of the neck is where you want this immense
pressure if you have it at all. That's where I'm
trying to move it to in me as I write this message.

If neither of the two above exercises work, try
opening the bottom two chakras as wide as you can, or
just the one at the base of the spine, whichever one
that is. If you need a technique, focus on the point
at the base of the spine and the area pointing out of
it into your body. Don't just imagine pulling apart
the "thing" that's down there. Actually pull at it
with your mind until you feel it moving. It actually
does feel kinda like a flower. A very stubborn flower
with the spine as the stem. Open it like a flower
opens in the morning.

Please keep us updated. I don't want what happened to
me to happen to you.
