  Yes. There are a few "spiritual illnesses" that are often associated
with K., and CFS is one of them. My advice may seem lame-o, but Surrender
seems the most important rule, with K.
   I'd say if your body wants to sleep, then sleep!! A lot of the
processing of K. happens in sleep, and it's easier than processing while
awake!

I'm building a hermitage/sanctuary for folks like you. :)
It's most likely not a permanant effect, altho there are stories of
famous saints, like St. Theresa of Avila, who suffered with it lifelong.
That might be partly due to the christian martyr attitude towards
suffering. However, they are only tears, and they are your Karma
releasing.. let them fall. Gratitude heals, so try to be grateful for your
suffering, as well as the beauty.
   If you can find the beauty you see in nature, in your fellow humans
things might balance out a bit.

  Switch to tea.. particularly good tea, like Twinings that has a low
pesticide content. Avoid cheap tea. Drink lots of pure water, too,
distilled water, even, because caffiene dehydrates. Get a good calcium and
mineral supplement, calcium regulates stress. Kelp is a good mineral
supplement for most people, also molasses and maple syrop are rich in
minerals.
   Take Flax seed oil, it is important nutrition for the new nervous system
you are building, and will help with your immune system.
   I'm sure you know about cranberry juice to prevent bladder infections?
Ocean spray has started making cranberry juice that is sweetened with grape
juice, instead of sugar. The health food store will probably also have
plain organic concentrate, sweeten it with maple syrop or demerra sugar.
*Don't* try to become a vegan, eat red meat and root vegatables, like
potatoes because they will ground you. Buy free-range organic beef, if you
can find it. Avoid deep fried foods, margarines, and other types of toxic
fats. Walk barefoot on concrete, put a box of river rocks under your bed.
Sit with your spine against a tree as often as possible. Take lots of
showers and warm baths.
   Bless your food before you eat it, even water. This will change its
energy to be more compatable with your body.

  Nope, not at all.. Kundalini problems and emergencies get priority
for bandwidth. :)

  Well, I don't do any of that stuff, but I do work at clearing
blockages from Kundalites. We can set up a time to meet in the K-list

   Other than that, Wim is good with energy work. For my own stuck stuff,
when I get bogged down in what I've taken on from other people, I sometimes
hire an amazing woman who specializes in wayward K. She advertises herself
as a reiki healer, because that is what people recognise, but that is only
