Another effective confidence booster is alcohol. Much cheaper, no
prescription necessary. Alcohol also prevents many folks from pulling
the trigger. In fact, I'm for the use of substances if they can
prevent people from killing themselves for as long as necessary. I can
attest to the antidepressant properties of marijuana for many people
(I'm one of them). However, I do not consider the fact that I feel happy
every time I take a bong hit, that this is in anyway a cure for
depression.

There is no judgment here. We simply need to honor where we and other
people are. Many of us may not have the maturity/capacity to be without
drugs like prozac or pot when the alternative experience is unbearable.
As long as we do the best we can with what we have and know, whose to
judge?

Bottom line is be educated, do what you have to do and judge no one.

Herbal Prozac anyone?
