  Yep, you've got it. I think of heat as Karma/blockages being burned off.

 Kundalini is the procreative, sexual energy that people are made of.
It is mostly sexual in the early stages, later on instead of feeling
overtly sexual it translates to a sensual world of bliss, where beauty and
love can give you energy-orgasms without any sexual contact or stimulation.
