Dear list,

Quite often in the last months I was feeling some strange sensations and
today I got a clear picture about this.
The sacral region feels really hot and I feel some heat in my spine,
too. I cannot track yet how high is the heat ascending in my spine but I
very often a cool sensation in my head, sometimes without any heat in
other parts of the body. The first 10 minutes or so after I start to
feel this heat, I feel agitated but later my breathing calms down and I
feel calm and a little bit dizzy.

Something else strange with me: usually around 6 P.M. I feel really
"blue". Today I tried to think about something nice and this is how I
got to feel the heat in my back and spine. The 6 P.M. I think is not at
random: this is the approximate time my mom told me I came to this
world.

Do you think this is caused by Kundalini or can you think about other
causes ?
