It is, of course, a matter of choice
whether man or woman takes note or not
of the gesture in the Clown,
for the Clown oftimes
carries the most important message.

The one who plays the Fool,
plays also a Seer of Wisdom,
 a Count of Time,
 and the Marquis of Learning,
 the Duke of Hope,
 the Lord of Faith and
 the King of Trust.

All are players in the hands
 dealt in people's lives.
Each thinks they are alone,
 yet they are not,
for each emotion, feeling and thought
has its player.

It is how they are integrated,
 how they work together
that draws the games playing.
