I did some time travel healing with a woman and we traced an attitude
of suffering and martyrdom back to being sacrificed as a Christian in the
roman arena. Those "good christian" qualities were negatively affecting the
Now.
So yes, it is there.. but that sort of thing only went on for a brief
period in history. The numbers of martyred Christians do not come anywhere
close to the numbers killed *by* Christians... 9 million from the Witch
hunts, plus the Inquisitions, the Crusades, plagues spread by missionaries,
overpopulation of 3rd world countries, and now the suicide rates of
decimated aboriginal cultures. Not to mention bombed out abortion clinics,
the suicide rates of gay teenagers in the rural bible belt, the KKK, etc.

Symbols... The cross is a symbol of violent conquest. The early
Christians did not use the sign of the cross. They used the symbol of the
fish, and the cup. The focus was on the ressurection, not the cricifixion.
It was Constantinople who adopted the symbol of the cross, because in a
vision it promised him victory in war.

he saw a Christian symbol in Greek letters along with the words "HOC SIGNO
VICTOR ERIS," which means "by this sign you will conquer." On October 28,
312 Constantine met Maxentius at the Milvian Bridge near Rome. Constantine
was carrying the Christian standards inscribed HOC SIGNO VICTOR ERIS he had
seen in his dream and defeated Maxentius who was thrown from the Milvian
bridge while retreating and drowned. After this battle Constantine became a
champion of Christianity.
It is well-known that Constantine the Great took Christianity, officially,
with baptism on his death-bed in the spring of 337. >>>>>

Not a Christian, he just used christianity as a reason to slaughter
pagans and put up crosses everywhere to retain dominion of his Empire. He
refused to convert, himself till he was on his deathbed. By then, thru
violence he had rewritten the Christian faith into something he approved
of. Something repressive that later brought in the Dark ages.
Christ was a cool dude.. but beware the sign of the cross.
Blessings..

BTW: Thankyou, Russel for your excellent astrological prediction of
religous rabies. I'll go howl at the moon, next...
