Hi Sharon ...

I'm in the process of copying the wording of the sacraments
into the computer at the moment ... and some of the Liturgy
of the Roman Church ...

It is within these, particularly the Baptismal rite that the soul of the child
is handed over to the (implied RC) church ... and this is only the beginning ..

and I'm not trying to start a faith fight here ...
 just writing what we are uncovering

as we go back in history, there was an established expectation
that women would have children to be handed over to the church
to by penance, salvation and favours ...

this applied to both male and female children ..

more to follow as I type it in...
but I am finding that people do carry this memory within their bodies
