I think that our lines are just crossed. By "taught" I mean that you are
taught how to access those symptoms, how to make the kundalini rise much like
you have discribed as an elastic band unraveling when you twist it (good
discription by the way, I like that) or as I have read about the snake that
uncoils from the base of the spine. The teaching that I speak of is the
comunication from one person to another of proper breathing techniches,
rythmic movements, meditations, postures and exercises that one uses in order
to raise the kundalini.
