Kundalini cannot be taught ...

kundalini is a symptom

of the remembering of the truth of you
as it moves through the body
clearing the holding patterns of the memories
that see your body in the form it is ..

sort of like a taut and twisted elastic band
unravelling when it is let go

yet the kundalini that can be written about
is not the true Kundalini
