Well actually it is possible to get an orgasm from everything (not to
confuse with ejaculation), by just falling into in and looking for the
beauty of it.

If you want to get an orgasm from pain, i suggest you reread the email
from Mystress about Endorphines/Energy. But what it basically comes
down to is to let it flow through you instead of detaching from it.
By embracing it, breathing into the pain, thanking it you resolve the
judgement on it and it gets transformed, which in the case of pain can
lead to endorphin rush.

Just before i was thinking about this mail, i wondered if i could have
an orgasm from just sitting in my chair. Well it worked.
Moving my attention to the chair, how it pushes my bottom up, how i
could just relax on it, as much as i want, seeing the function of the
chair, falling, falling, thanking the chair, sitting on it more...
mmmm, all shakes on my body, spasming of my legs, tingling in my neck.

And this basically works with anything; taking a shower, eating,
drinking water, writing this email.

Right now i'm working through some feelings of feeling alone, saying
goodbye to my world as i embark on a new kind of life. Yesterday i was
talking to some friend and while i talked about it, i just started
laughing, belly laugh and could see the beauty in it again.

Some friends of me are suggesting i should be a stand-up comedian as
they think i can be very funny and improvise well. But it struck me
always as strange, because i am in that mood when i feel cranky and
crappy. Is this why comedians are so funny? They transform pain and
suffering into joy and laughter? Then they are true healers and the
goat shit cleaners. Ah well, maybe i will do that when i'm really
depressed.

love and shakes,
Jasper
