It's like this. There are days I'm no better than
Saddam Hussein and no worse than Mother Teresa and
there are days when I'm both of them at once as well
as everything else, including what's under your shoe.
And sometimes when I think of us as slime molds
sliming across the forest floor so we can gather
together in one big slime mold, I figure that's as
accurate a picture of the process of being both alone
and all one as it's possible to get.
