Thanks for the contribution (it'a good to get positive suggestions, 
instead of "meat is murder"). What about butter (or any other phlegm you 
might put on bread), is vegetable-fat better than animal-fat? Also, my 
intuition would say that pork is much worse (for your brain) than beef, is 
it true?
