I hope this will help and not confuse more. Then again, maybe I am the one
more confused ;-)

"Outside" is a spatial construct. In that something is "entering" you it is
"entering" space-time.

As I read "the Holy Spirit is outside of space-time" it means that the Holy
Spirit is "something" that exists independent of material creation, something
capable of surviving the void. To my mind eternal is not endless time but,
rather, without time, abstractly pure space (Shiva sans Shakti?) Chaos,
perhaps, would then be pure time, space-less-ness...but this idea seems less
clear conceptually...

Now, as to what "you" are...The physical construct occupies space-time and
perhaps so too the ego/personality construct. That spark of the divine
within us all (if you will allow that), our Buddha nature, call it what you
will, is "outside" space-time as is the Holy Spirit; are they not one? Now
there are many ways we perceive ourselves, psychically, physically: both
materially and as a neural network, emotionally, mentally, spiritually. That
latter being, for our discussion, most important. When the Holy Spirit
"enters" us it does so via that of itself that is already present within
ourselves. In other words: that which enters was already there. It is our
ability to recognize it that changes.

Personally I believe this is the cause for many of the disturbing K awakening
experiences. So often we have concretized incorrect perceptions of what we
are that must be shattered for our true self to shine. Not knowing ourselves
to be the architect of our suffering we fight for it against the true nature
of our being: bliss/void indivisible.
