Neat synchronicity, was just reading
about sleep, REM and NREM in a basic
neuroscience text book 30 mins ago. :))

Yes, it's typical of active Kundalini.

I suspect it happens with many ppl on this
list.

Personally, I
follow myself into sleep and watch all the
weirdness that appears in the
true no man's land b/n wake and dreaming
every night.
There is only disappearance for a few
hours each night when sleep is at its deepest.

I have read many formal descriptions of
the experience of sleep and dreaming,
notably REM sleep, but none that describe
the waking state inside sleep and the
sensing-but-not-controlling state.

At first, it was very disconcerting seeing
the film of dream and sleep roll before the
mind without being able to do anything about
it.
I did a lot of thumb twitching while
"sitting" there, often thinking
"when is this silliness going to end ?",
but now I just sit back, relax and enjoy the
show. :)

Yups, that happens too.
With some training, you can tell when you're
in the dream bubble, somewhere between it and
the outside astral realm or fully "outside".

Funny you should mention that.

This has started to happen for me and 3 nights
ago, I woke up by somebody was putting their
hands around the soles of my feet.

It was an increadibly sensual experience, and
when I looked up, there was a woman giving me
a very sensual and loving
foot massage (yes, I know how lurid that
sounds ;)) ).

During the massaging,
energy was dispersed from the soles of the feet
to the middle of the waist, without the
usual kriyas, so I take this was not happening
in the physical body.

Similar thing happened last night, but this time
Kundalini appeared as a male.

There are many instances that Kundalini
has appeared as a person for kundalites.

I think it's a translation of the mind.
:)

Best regards,

Amanda.
