The best kind of food for soul is tasteless, simple food which is eaten
quicly and then forgotten. Lubrcicated just enough with spice, in order to
make it go down more easily. Restaurants/cafes are places for indulgence,
which supresses awareness. Most things that are considered "fun" supress
awareness.

"If you are hungry, eat". Many hindus believe that food consumption should
be little less than what you feel you want.

Some mood altering foods, I have read:

Rawish bananas: tryptohane++ => serotonine++ (calming)
Meat: Dopamine++ (stimulation)
Milk: Endorphines++ (calming)
