Hi Steve:
I'm very glad to read your posts. It is likely that
enough loving energy has now been poured into you,
likely by Angelique and a few others, to release the
pain and anger that is in you. This is really hard to
go through. The pain and the loneliness is so bad you
don't know if you can survive it. You are actually not
alone. You are thought of, read by others, and cared
for when you are on this list. I'm sorry that the
suffering is hard right now but you are not alone. The
fact that you are releasing the anger is wonderful.
The pain will be less if you can do one of two
things...either hand it over immediately to whomever
you believe in as the Highest Power in your life and
keep handing it over until you feel better inside,
usually in your solar plexus. Or if you already
experience the fire inside your trunk, you can
actually use that fire to burn away the pain in your
solar plexus, which is where most people experience
severe emotional pain. If you need any more
information, write back to me or write directly to
Angelique who knows more about this stuff than anyone
I've ever come across. But do let it go. Like Jenell
wrote, letting go of pain like this is a prelude to
healing. And you are not alone. If you don't believe
that, try posting again. Someone will answer...I'll
watch for your posts for starters.
