The needling sensations associated with small
blockages in the nadis can occur everwhere and
does usually in the different muscles of the body.

My personal experience with them is that they
also occur in nonvoluntary muscle such as the heart
muscle and eyeball muscles. Very uncomfortable.
So needling sensations in the tongue may not
be out of the question. :)

Kriyas associated with the tongue have been
stretching and rolling of the tongue, upwards,
downwards, out of the mouth and inside. :)
Looks pretty silly, so one would be best served by
resolving these kriyas while alone. :)

I associate tongue kriyas with the throat chakra
and energy going up to the chakras above.

Best regards,

Amanda.
