Actually, I never had ANY of this 'golden glow' stuff, or any awareness
of light shooting up my spine or anything. For some years prior,
terrible back pain, spasm, and often my entire spine felt like a white
hot rod was run up through it, at other times, like rats were chewing on
it. Thank God all THAT has gone away with my opening. Mine began more
with intense 'pull' into meditative/contemplative states, which became
trance, etc. Then the wierd stuff started, paranormal stuff. The only
sense of a 'glow' is either in my hands, sometimes spreading up my arms,
connected with healing, or the all over hot, tingling, version of the
same when I do that energy transfer thing I was wondering about being
shaktipat. My 'bliss states, ar pretty much all over, never just a sense
of being in a certain area, my spine, whatever.
