On the subject of why and how kundalini awakens here is an idea, theory
I want like to share with you folks.

Around 1992 a guy named Glen Reid visited my hot tub to do a breathwork session.

He was on his way to do more research at the Heart Math Institute. He said he
discovered
in his research that the normally spiraled DNA helix will actually unspiral and
lay side by side with love.

Now I saw that as when spiraled the first chakra is in control, survival. When
unspiraled the second chakra takes over, sexuality creativity.

That to me explains a lot. Then when the love was not strong enough the
unspiraled DNA would curl up again putting us back in the security mode.

Then under the topic of "where did my kundalini go?"
The other point is. It has recently been discovered that stress, and other
factors will actually destroy the neurotransmitters that allow us to reach the
crown of the brain. The model being primal brain stem, left brain, right brain,
and higher consciousness (crown) brain. Once they are gone it makes it so the
glands can not do their normal regenerative work while sleeping. Sleeping
becomes less effective, making it so the days stress is not cleared and then the
accumulation of stress starts taking place destroying more neurotransmitters.

This became really obvious to me this year when I started taking a targeted
nutrition that feeds about four glands the stuff they really like, an hour
before I went to sleep. Every other night. WOW did it change my sleeping
experience. Resulting in changes in my waking experience.

Oh by the way for you science types, it has recently been proven that the brain
can generate new cells, so you who were believing the brain does not generate
new cells might want to give your brain permission to generate new cells. :-)
