I'd like to hear some discussion on the WHY, if anyone is interested.

Hi, personally I have felt them to be emotional blocks that are "trapped" in
the phyical as well as subtle bodies. when the shakti "hits" them I
experience a 3-second burst of deep sadness and I cry - all in 3 seconds -
then its gone!!!
Normally, for me, I do not sense the cause of the trapped emotion , except
for three very very intense "releases" in which I had like visions of the
causes of them < shudder>
