My experience was a sort of not-staying-on-the-channel too. Loads of crap
not connected to anything in particular. It is mostly over now, but even
last night I had disturbing dreams in which I lost the sense of time and
order of events.

Here, I disagree. My experience suggests that diazepam (Valium) is
completely safe and doesn't interact with k harmfully. Getting too small a
dose (<5mg) may make you feel uncomfortable (retless neck, typically), but
upping the dose helps. When k is making you feel like shit (sometimes the
ego wants to be left alone) diazepam helps you get "through the night",
and as there is usually no need to keep using it for extended periods of
time, one might conclude there is no "processing" that would need to be
done. It's like taking antihistamines for temporary allergic rection.
Also, I think that it's better for "wholesome development" to suppress
feelings of random, disturbing fear/anxiety, than to cope with them and
try to find out what's behind them (and get lost in a maze of your own
imagination and false conclusions).

BTW, short acting hypnotics (triazolam, zolpidem) are NOT recommended.
They don't get the official VV k-approval, whereas diazepam and temazepam
do.
