Namaste all,

The title is impossible for there are new jivas coming
up from the animal world all the time. As part of
natural spiritual evolution. Also many animals are
incarnated as humans due the the consumption of them
as food---Sai Baba. This gives us millions of unready
humans, due to the karmic results of eating meat.
