When you are channeling large amounts of energy and
have to have a place to let it go, try wrapping it
round the earth as a love gift. Or put it out in the
ocean as a water spout. Or use it to truly love the
negative energy.
As I wrote in a previous post, there's a reason for
the phrase "loving something to bits," or "loving
someone to death."
When you are faced with negative energy, love the
situation with everything you have. Truly love it.
Love is the greatest detergent energy there is. If a
situation that is far from truth is loved, the love
energy will bring about the needed correction and you
are in no way causing harm as long as you exercise
love only. I have personal experience of this but the
best description of this type of situation is given in
"Teachings of the Masters of the Far East," which
describes a situation in which bandits were attacking
a temple to plunder it for the gold they thought was
there. In truth, the temple was full of frightened
people from the nearby village. Christ appeared and
called upon the Love of the Father to help protect the
temple. The "Love" energy split the cliff apart. The
stones rained down on the bandits, killing many of
them and their horses. Baird Spaulding describes the
carnage with great sorrow. But the temple and the
villagers were safe.
You can also get more information from books such as
Medicine Woman and Crystal Woman by Lynn Andrews.
These describe the kind of world you seem to be
enmeshed with and the books will give you some further
guidance on how to be with this energy.
In the meantime, while your mind is teeming with
thoughts and fear and anger and shame, it's hard to
find your inner guidance...so try to quiet your mind
and listen for what it is you are to do.
If you can, to protect yourself against the outside
energy, visualize a shining metal box all around your
home or your being. Visualize that whatever is being
directed at you will be reflected off the protected
surface directly back at the person who is sending it.
This should give you a measure of relief immediately.
Finally, hand off the problem to the Highest Power you
belief in and keep handing it off until your insides
are calm again. That Highest Power is more than
capable of dealing with this situation if you give it
up.
