This seems to work for me too. Exercise almost daily. Adequate sleep and 
regulation of diet. 
 
Sometimes during my work day I'll take (at least) fifteen minutes to drive 
my car out somewhere under a shady place where I can be alone. I then 
recline the seat, shut my eyes, and try to relax my mind. It seems to make 
a world of differene if I begin to feel a little 'spacy'.
