Overactive sympathetic nervous system might cause this.

I had the same thing. It has since reduced, but I still get it every now
and then (like when carrying groceries), funnily.

This will go away soon. I used to get dizzy after reading a single page,
but it didn't last long (I think it was a few weeks).
