Family Sadhana! And know that Swami is
'Superconsciousness', and we are 'collective
consciousness'.<
The small ego/I/self cannot 'realise' itself. Why?
Because all effort, projection, desires for Liberation
just reinforce its own existence. Even its visions of
'Liberation', have the duality of imaging oneself as
'Liberated'. The ego uses these spiritual desires to
play its trick of preserving its own identity. The
best way is Swami's way of So---Ham, or introversion.
For then there are no projections and creations of
thought, other than Soham. This is the essence of
primary illusion, 'I Am', Praneaswara/Iswara/Sakti.
This was the first thought in illusion, from there we
need Grace to help us to go beyond to
Nirvikalpa-non-attributes liberation.
The problem is that vasanas/tendencies stand in the
way, and turn our mind outward, that is why some
effort is required, use a thorn to remove a thorn.
Now unless this effort is introverted and not a desire
or a projection. Otherwise if it is desire or
projection it only reinforces duality and creates more
vasanas. A desire for Liberation is a desire! However
by using Swami's Soham we turn inward with everybreath
and thought is reduced, not 'created'. This is the
route to stilling the mind, and 'Realising', there
never was a small self, at best it was only a bundle
of thoughts. So this takes to the Savikalpa 'I Am',
Saguna Brahman, the last step is to Nirguna Brahman,
which we are and never left at all. Soham is
surrender so there is no worry of dream/karma. It ends
for it never started!
