So true. When I joined the list (month ago?), I was feeling exhausted and
drained because of the beginning of studies after 2-year break, but
through reading stuff here (and realizing other people have survived
scarier and more intense experiences I have) I have more courage to
meditate more often, and nowadays my k is just.... yeaaaa!
